In addition to the foregoing, Information will be share as follows:

            (a) Third-Party Service Providers: Because We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on Our behalf, We must share your Information with them to provide products or services to You. Unless You provide us with approval, such third-party service providers do not have any right to use Information We share with them beyond what is reasonably necessary to complete the task for which they were retained. If you elect to opt out of providing Information, You will not be able to purchase goods from MidTown Publishing as a customer. If you are unwilling to provide Information, then you cannot purchase or sell goods through the Website. You are able to add or update certain Information on pages. When you update Information, however, We may maintain a copy of the unrevised Information in Our records. Some Information may remain in Our records after deletion of Your account. You will be able to opt-out of receiving e-mail notices or solicitations from Us or our affiliates by responding to a link included in each e-mail notice or solicitation.

(11) Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance. We are in compliance with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”). If You are a customer or Authorlog™ Member accessing the Website from the European Union, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from laws of the United States, please be aware that You are transferring your personal data to the United States which may not have the same data protection laws as other jurisdictions. By providing Your personal Information to MidTown Publishing through the Website, You consent to the use of Your personal Information for the uses identified above in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, and the transfer of Your personal data to the United States.

If We make a change to this policy that, in Our sole discretion, is material, We will notify you via an e-mail notice to the e-mail address associated with your account, or if You are an Authorlog™ Member to Your Authorlog™ Account. You are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when You use the Website after such changes have been first posted.
